Days for deliveries to arrive. Refund shortfalls and lack of communication

I've tried these guys twice now during lockdown thinking that they would at least improve the comms but it's really bad and they should really just shut down their services.

I ordered on Saturday morning. They promised to deliver on Sunday. I get no communication and yet they happily take your money before even attempting to give a good service. I've emailed and messaged and nothing since. Their contact number doesnt even ring or work.

My first order which eventually came had 2 items missing which they did not refund for which is also dodge as hell.

I've asked them for my full refund into my account and not their wallet and still no word.

People should not use this service during this time. They have not increased capacity nor are they working with integrity.
