BEYOND FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED - NO SERVICE HOWEVER BILLED

I have used Zulzi on a number of occasions and normally it has been a great service.

However a large order was placed on Wednesday 25th March for delivery for Thursday 26th . Order #169016 for the amount of R745.76

My order was never received, Nonetheless has disappointedly and disgustingly been taken taken off my bank account. I Have been constantly following up via email, in-app messaging and have tried the contact number... with absolute no luck of getting any kind of response.

PLEASE ARRANGE FOR THE URGENT REFUND OF THIS AMOUNT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!
