I’ve used both Zulzi and Uber Eats fairly extensively, and I’ve found Zulzi to be more reliable overall. While Uber Eats occasionally misses time windows or has driver mix-ups, Zulzi consistently delivers groceries and meals promptly, often with better order accuracy. Their app interface is intuitive, stock availability is more dependable, and customer support responds faster when there’s an issue. For anyone looking for dependable delivery in my area, Zulzi has become my go-to—Uber Eats is still good, but Zulzi just edges it when it comes to consistency and reliability.
