Bad service- drivers are ****mers

Some of the products I ordered were missing, the app doesn’t allow me to log a query I have to send an email. They are not replying to the email. I tried to call and there is no answer I have been holding, listening to an AI voice for the past 30 mins. Your customer service is horrible, your app is not user friendly and it’s not helpful at all. The AI voice over is annoying. I need a refund or my stuff delivered ASAP.
