Bad Service

The service is so disappointing and this is hardly because of the Covid19 pandemic. They were supposed to have food delivered to me by 10am and its almost 2pm and I've heard nothing from them. This is the second time this is happening. They keep saying we must send them emails but they don't respond to the emails. Their phone lines are down which I don't understand considering that there are other forms of technology (like Whatsapp) and then in the end, they deliver 3 items, bank the money of the items they haven't found (because they're shopping in the afternoons) and then still charge me a delivery and service fee (of about R180) again when I order and repeat the same patterns. In the end, most of my money goes to paying for delivery and service fees and not the food I require.
