Bad service
As a client who started with Zulzi and have been enjoying their services, I am highly disappointed with what has been happening lately. Firstly, I received a very rude client service from a guy who used to work a night ****(got promoted to the admin department). I reprimanded him and everything went well. Weeks after that I have been getting a continuous bad service which I never reported.
Yesterday got my order over an hour late and today I placed an order at 9PM and got delivered at 12 midnight??? Is Zulzi a cult or a groceries online store, because the service that I keep on getting is extremely distasteful and happens almost every time!
I believe most of the clients who order from you have retail stores and bottle store surrounding them near by just like I do but we all chose you and you keep on disappointing day by day.
Thank you but no thanks, I am not buying in credit for me to deserve the treatment I am getting! You're not loyal to your clients!
