Bad Customet Service!!!

If there’s a reason I’ll stop shopping at Zulzi, it will definitely be their customer service! I have never seen so much unprofessional people in my entire existence, from how they handled my foundation return to a point where a got tired and decided to just dispose it and forget about my return, and today, the lady that called me with regards to an incorrect order was just unprofessional which made me so upset!!! Customer service is the face of every business, you guys need to do better! Why call someone while having a conversation on the side?
