App doesn't work

I tried to place an order on the app which is not user friendly. When it came to payment the app kept crashing when I needed to enter an OTP. This is the first app I have used that has had this problem indicating that the apps designers don't know what they are doing. It's easier to just delete the app and go shopping myself.
