2 Hours for an easy order.

I ordered something at 17:07 yesterday. I was happy to find out that in less than 10 minutes it was on its way to me. The ETA kept getting longer and longer. My order eventually arrived at 18:55. Almost 2 hours after I had placed the order. Just for a bottle of gin and tonic. To make matters worse, the driver would just ignore me when I asked where he was. This is unacceptable.
