0/5 Stars - Terrible Experience with Zulzi Delivery

I'd give Zulzi zero stars if I could. My recent delivery experience was an absolute disaster. I placed an order and when the app said the driver had arrived, I checked and saw they were TWO COMPLEXES AWAY from my location. I messaged the driver to give them directions, but they were completely unresponsive except to keep asking for the delivery pin to complete the order. I refused to give the pin and tried to guide them to my correct location, but they just wouldn't cooperate. After 20 minutes, I got a notification saying my order was 'successfully delivered', which is RIDICULOUS since I never got my order. I've sent an email to complain and still haven't gotten a response. I feel ****med and hope I can get my money back. Avoid Zulzi at all costs.
