Worst online buying experience.

I placed an order and paid for it on 1 September. Received email notification that payment was received and order is pending, it would be shipped for delivery between 8 and 15 September. Got a notification that the order was dispatched on 14 September. It is now 23 September and I have not received my order and I am not getting updates, I've emailed multiple times and tried phoning only to get a voicemail service. I have now requested a refund (I've paid more than R2,000 for the item I ordered) and I am still getting no feedback.
