This website pretends to be a place where you can exchange money for goods. They take your money, but don't give you goods.

I had a whole review written out but it was deleted because apparently stating the completely obvious is against the site's rules, but let me try again.

It might be wise to regard any money given to zulu-tech as a donation rather than a purchase, since you're not going to get any actual goods from them.
