Poor Service Delivery, Just Another ****?

I initially purchased from the online store on the 07th September 2020. On the morning of the 08th September 2020 I received and email advising delivery would take place between 14th and 21st September 2020. I started getting abit worried by reading reviews on "HelloPeter" and thus started mailing for feedback and asking to push my delivery forward.

On Friday 18th September I called in the morning and they answered and advised they would mail me with feedback, and since than they have been missing. I than proceeded to request a refund as I had tried calling them from serval different numbers and either got declined or rang until I got voicemail. I had even sent a normal sms to them for feedback. On Saturday 19th September I went to the address and nothing and called the landlord aswell who confirmed that they do not exist.

Up until today I have not received any feedback nor my refund. Really disappointed in the service that they provide
