Tenants breaking Unit and company does not want to pay for repairs

<p>I have rented a unit in Santana Sands in La Mercy for the Chinese Company ZTE, 1 Woodmead Drive, Unit 6 Woodmead Estate, Woodmead <br />Johannesburg, South Africa T: +27 11 ********** M: +27 82 ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>The tenants left the unit in a schocking state and the company refused to pay the damage done. They have broken shower doors and they broke the cupboards in the bathrooms and kitchen.</p> <p>The place was filthy and had to be painted. All the furniture was filthy and torn, I had to throw it away.</p> <p>The company did not take ownership of the dissapointing way the tenants treated the unit.</p> <p>I will never recomend that any landlord rent their units to ZTE, : ********** <br />www.zte.com.cn</p> <p> </p>
