No Accessories for their devices

ZTE SA never has any accessories available for their mobile devices.<br> <br> I received my ZTE Blade L3 in May 2015. Since then, ZTE South Africa is unable to provide me with accessories such as a cover or screen guard for my device.<br> <br> On three occasions I have attempted to contact them via their Facebook page to try and get some assistance, on the first occasion (30 July 2015) I was told that the device was new to SA and there were no accessories as yet. On my second attempt (18 November 2015), I was told that the matter would be taken up at their head office. Following their reply I attempted to get an reply from them on two separate occasions, but no answer.<br> <br> The customer service from this company is not good!
