Great Service

About a month ago my ZTE Maxx cell phone miniUSB port stopped working. It was already out of warranty, so I had it fixed by a local repairman, only for it to fail once again a few weeks later. I tried my service provider as well as the company that sold me the phone to obtain a second battery so that I can at least charge one battery while using the other in my phone.Eventually I stumbled across ZTE South Africa's facebook page and sent them a query via message. Within a day they had responded, and the next Monday I received a new battery from them free of charge. This is awesome service. I am surprised and impressed and will certainly very strongly consider making my next phone a ZTE as well.
