Zoomflex and Hola data

Highly disappointed with zoom flex wifi and Hola data seriously I paid my WiFi on Sunday but they say I didn't pay they are still investigating the matter I sent proof of payment since yesterday I have to make follow up with my money I work with WiFi and my daughter studies online we must be behind because they are investigating I'm tired last two weeks we didn't have connection and we didn't get our days back hense the WiFi switched off on the exact date I paid which is 10th March on 10april it closed I paid now they say I didn't pay
