Worst ISP ever

I would like my refund, this service is treating people like peasants. It's as if they are giving us internet for free. You call their customer service department, it cuts off there's always a technical issue. WhatsApp chat no response. I sent a text at 7am and connected to Nelisiwe. Whoever that was she didn't respond to my message. Wasted my airtime by calling the office number in the process was on hold for more than 30minutes. I paid for service I am not getting via payfast using the Scode. I need my money back.
