Poor Service

24/06/2025 I’ve never been so disappointed.They took my information via WhatsApp and said they wouldn’t come until I made a payment. I made the payment immediately. They sent people to install the Wi-Fi, but the network isn’t working. I’ve tried contacting them, but they only respond with short messages and then ignore you for the rest of the day. The next day, they pretend to care, but still don’t provide any real updates.

I paid in full, but I still don’t have working internet. The installation was faulty, and their support is poor. They don’t answer queries or give useful feedback. All they ever say is, “I’ve logged a call” which has become their go-to phrase.
