PLEASE CAN I TALK TO A HUMAN BEING

I am having network issues and I keep getting a message that my WIFI is using an older version, the red light flashes at least 3 times a day for over 30 minutes, the speed is very slow. I phoned and I was told I need to chat via WhatsApp as that is where I will get help. I explained to the agent that I have tried on WhatsApp and I am either talking to a robot or *********** agents. She told me she can't help I need to go on WhatsApp. Guess what? I am still selecting options even now and sending pictures showing my issue but no one is helping, I keep getting a message to select and option. I am so frustrated I am even crying because I just started a new job and in training, I missed the past 2 days amd did not hear a thing.
