Paid for Fibre but till today nothing happened

On the 31 October, I app**** for the Fibre. The lady who recruited me that I was going to be assisted in 5 days after they received my payment. I was told to deposit R270 at Shoprite. Of which I did, but to my surprise nothing was done until the sixth day, when I asked my agent about the update . All she can tell me is about the problem that was happening in our neighboring suburbs, that is why they couldn't help me, I took the last money that I had to pay for the subscription but even today nothing happened
