Paid but no network /internet

I haven't had network from the 3rd of October 2025 I paid on the 2nd of October 2025 when I contact zoomflex they say I must expect a call from them and the never ever call. Im so disappointed that I paid and still no service and i will be writting exams soon. Zoomflex do better. The area is Pam springs
