No internet for almost 3 weeks now. Shame Zoomflex

My fiber WIFE Lost Internet on the 9th of July 2025, I reported the problem on the 10th of July, I tried to call the office numbers no one is answering the calls, i reported the problem on their WhatsApp channel, I get same feedback everyday, our maintenance team will contact you shortly. today is the 22nd of July 2025. i still do not have Internet at my place and no one is bothered to help. poor service from zoom
