Long outstanding Reconnection Query

I'm really disappointed by the service I get from Zoomflex. Since I lodged a complaint about the reconnection on the 27th August till today nothing. I was advised to raise a new order using my other email address, which I did and paid R298 for it. Nothing has happened. I was promised to be sorted within three days. Till today I'm sitting with the router that is not working. I really don't understand why am I treated like this. I thought Zoomflex was the best but now it gives me another thought to subscribe with their competitors. I'm even thinking of telling my neighbors to cancel their services and subscribe to other service providers.
