Long Outstanding Installation Failure

Bad service ever experienced in my intire being. Since I paid for installations on the 27th August 2025, To date, nothing has happened. I've been lodging complaints with them and promised to be sorted. I now need Zoom Fiber company to refund my hard earned as I want to cut ties with them. What's surprising is my neighbor's Wifis are working properly and mine not. I really need this company to refund me. And I promise to escalate my issues to ICASA to be able to look on to the reviews about the bad service they render to their clients and take action.
