Internet not connected
They increased their prices from R250 to R320 in order to offer the best service to their customers, I got that price increase message a day before yesterday, I paid that R320 yesterday but my internet is still off, tried to notify them via chat, Sibongile just said my internet in on, she closed the chat, I don’t think she investigated.. as we speak my internet is still off and It shows Active on my profile.
