Internet Down 👎

My wifi is not working and it's so annoying that every 2 months my wifi goes off. They not picking up their calls and I'm not being attended on their Whatsapp channel. Zoom has bad customer service and it's so frustrating. As a paying customer I need my wifi fixed ASAP. Can't deal with these every now and again. Please fix my wifi.
