Ill treat customers

How do ppl expect us to be happy when I paid for services that are not being rendered. It's been days since I have been having no internet connection. Despite calling and many email, they have failed to tend to my issue. I honestly don't recommend any one trusting them with Fibre connection. They are bad. Treat customers like poorly. No channel of communication. Maintenance would take 3 weeks to attend to you. I'm so going to change a service provider
