Horrific service!!
Communication is non-existent. They don't help their customers. It is extremely difficult to talk to an agent on their whatsapp number. The phone number is too busy. And in the meantime my elderly parents are sitting helpless without any means of communication because their Zoomflex is cut off for a second time in a week. Surely something should be done to get this company straightened out!! What if it is a medical emergency and my parents have no other means of contacting anyone???? This is utterly ridiculous!! And the local ISP blames Zoomflex and Zoomflex blames the local ISP.
