Extremely disappointed!

What a disappointing experience! Got it installed & was promised a smooth experience which unfortunately became a nightmare. Not only is the thing not working, getting assistance is a nightmare! I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone! Extremely unreliable, disappointing and just upsetting!
