Extremely Bad Service

Zoomflex must be the worst fibre company in South Africa, I’ll never recommend it to anyone, the employees are so rude and unprofessional, they can’t even resolve queries, very quick to close the ticket with no clear or valid explanation. I’m even tired of texting and calling them. Imagine paying a month’s installment only to get one week service then come month end they send sms reminding us to pay. What am I paying for? No one should sign up for this nonsense.
