Don't bother to use Zoom at Stretford

*********** to the last degree. My home fibre has been down for 2days and when you speak to thier agent, they send a message that they are aware of the network outage in my area, whats worse us that this is not true because some of the people in my area using Zoom are not affected. Nothing has been done and after I reported the matter for the 3rd time only then I get a ref number , then was told it will take another 2 to 4 days, need to mention that I use internet for work purposes at home.
