Bad WiFi internet,and no refund for lost days.

I was experiencing network issues (red light) was not having internet excess for two weeks and I was not assisted till my internet access expired for the month, and I lost the whole two weeks,but wasn't refunded my lost days. They have to do something about that cos we thinking of changing the services to another provider.
