Bad service connectivity issues

I am experiencing very bad connectivity issues with this provider's wifi ...days after paying the is either no internet connection or the router is flashing with a red light when this lasts for days which is unfair because on the day that it's expiring they dont add the days that the wifi was not working on meaning we paid a 30 days package for a service that we're not using 30 days as this connectivity issue happens again mid month ... to make matters worse they taje time to fix this issue when you report ...today I reported twice via their WhatsApp channel however nothing was done the wifi is still not working since yesterday ...this is truly frustrating and unfair we're paying for a service we can't use...
