Bad internet

I live at orange farm ext 7b and we have network problem it's been 3 to 4 weeks wifi not working and I've been complaining 😑 there is no any change happening ,their performance is bad I've been calling for a long time I even emailed many times which is unfair because our neighbors have it expect us the sad part is that we always pay it
