Bad Experience, worse customer service from WhatsApp consultants. You ask relevant questions and they fail to answer then close the chat. No internet for 3 days and counting as there is no sign of Zoomflex maintanace team. Can someone be honest or commit if the fault will be attended or not for us to alternative plans?
