ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SERVICE!!

I have been having issues with VPN access since June 2026 which affects my work. I have contacted them multiple times with no assistance. They have a terrible service and do not think they actually know what they are doing. Their WhatsApp service is appalling the 'agents' will not even give you an opportunity to explain your issue; they just close the ticket without any care in the world. I have reached my end with them and will no longer pay and will look for another service provider. What is the point of paying for WIFI when i still have to pay for my own data just so i can do my work. Zoom Flex or whatever, you are more than welcome to contact me to cancel my service.
