7 Days Without Internet and No Assistance from Zoomflex

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service from my internet provider, Zoomflex.

We have been without an internet connection for 7 days, and despite multiple attempts to get assistance through their WhatsApp support channel, no meaningful help has been provided. The agents either do not respond adequately or fail to resolve the issue.

This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that we are paying customers who rely on this service daily.

To make matters worse, there has been no clear communication, no technician dispatched, and no urgency shown in resolving this issue.

I am requesting: - Immediate restoration of our internet connection - Proper feedback on what the issue is - Urgent escalation and resolution of this matter

If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider cancelling the service.

This level of service is highly disappointing and unprofessional.
