Zoomflex my worst nightmare

My service was migrated to Zoomflex on May 2024, after a year of service with Accelerit. I have since been struggling with service on a regular basis and would report and sometime I would be assigned. But in the Month of July 2024, the network has been very weak and now it is down. My biggest challenge is having to even call them as my service provider, their lines are forever or they would close my WhatsApp case as I didn’t reply quickly, whereas with them I can wait for over 20 minutes for them to reply. Since Friday I have logged to calls and there hasn’t been any assistance as my network is still down. When I contact them back they are unavailable and they are very quick to close the service when it’s payment time but they cannot assist. What kind of service provider who has a technical team only working 9-5?
