ZOOMFIBRE IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER AND THIS IS COMING FROM A LIFELONG ANC SUPPORTER, SO YES, IT'S THAT WORSE!

This must be thee most horrible internet service provider of all time. It has been two and a half days without internet, Internet i have paid or and, I've tried reaching out to this company via their WhatsApp line and i also visited their local offices and i am yet to receive any assistance, I'm currently still awaiting to be assisted by their agent on WhatsApp (it has been 5 hours and i am still waiting) and like i said, i went to their local offices at Letlhabile complex and the lady there was of no assistance either. She seems to know nothing! She doesn't know what the problem is or could be, she doesn't know when and how it can be resolved, she cannot even make a mere estimate of when it can be resolved, all she had to say is that I am not the only one experiencing this as if it makes me feel better or it'll help me write my online exams. Horrible service from this company, horrible!
