Zoom - WebAfrica | Hostage Customer | No commitment or feedback for 6 weeks after paid ONT move

Webafrica/Zoom Paid ONT Move - Hostage customer - No service responses for 6 weeks. I am logging this against each company as they are blaming each other but nobody is solving the issue.

Trapped customer after payment. Have been trying for over 6 weeks, since 18 Nov 2024, to get a date from Webafrica for a paid ONT move (R1495 paid to move fibre box from one room to another) at our guest house in Langebaan. Multiple whatsapp chats and references since November (***, Zoom ***, Ticket 261979 for ***). Whenever I do manage to get a response on the terribly slow whatsapp chat, agents keep promising to get back with info. I know the whole (outsourced?) team by now (Zandile B, Nosipho H, Chanel O, Amanda Nqwena, Ashlene R, Darryll H, Keegan Eckles, Zubair Essack, Keelan K, Cuma M, Mikaela Herold, Rabia Simon, Thembilihle M, Keenan Benjamin). No feedback received to date unless I waited hours on whatsapp to try and speak with someone. Status the same for over a month! There are also no alternative contact options. As a corporate CIO I would fire the team lead, wouldn't hire a single one of them and seriously revise their processes. They keep blaming the finance team or asking me for proof of payment for an Ozow transaction which does not issue a POP! This move is delaying a critical upgrade at the house. Have phoned Zoom, who confirmed that they simply need the instruction from Webafrica to proceed, but that they are unable to speak with me further directly.

Zoom, can you push WebAfrica harder for an answer and get back to me after you've scheduled the ONT move!?
