Zoom sharks
Zoom fibers are pathetic. Their work is sloppy. If you complaining about the installation's the area manager said he will come check. I've been waiting for him for 2 months now. You sign up with them at R588. 00 the 2nd month there is already a price increase of more than R100. 00.This's how they catch the people. The service provider Home connect is just as useless. Inquire at Zoom then they say contact home direct, home direct'said inquire at zoom. These people do not know what they are doing. Stay away from zoom and home connect they are useless SHARKS
