Zoom service is terrible...

After no service from Axcess for four weeks, I tried to reach out to Zoom fibre for assistance just to find out that they are more unqualified and pathetic than Axcess. Three weeks ago, they send out two technicians which had no clue what to do and, in the process, they damaged the ceiling in two of our rooms. No one was able to phone me back in 3 weeks. Well done your service is the worst.
