*********** staff and misinformation on website to lure clients. I have been waiting 8 days and they debited the R249 so quickly yet they have not completed my installation. Upon calling , you are transferred from one person to the next and then told that they need to cancel your order and re-do since its incorrect on the system whilst several staff have spoken to overt he past week said its in order and in queue to appoint an installation.

Calling in, is a waste, you hold between 18-32 mins listening to hold music and getting through to a manager is impossible.

I will cancel my request and i want my refund. What a waste of time and energy. Unprofessional.
