Zoom is just the worst !!!!!!!!!!

Zoom will defeat you , they’ll leave you weak coz how bad they service is! It’s been over a week without internet. I call everyday & everyday it’s a story ! They open new tickets every time you call, so I have over 7 tickets imagine! One person told me it’s 3 days to get the maintenance people to fix my problem the other person I called said it’s over 7 days , they clearly ****s. Today I called AGAIN they telling me I have to wait ANOTHER week & a half , after opening ANOTHER ticket for me , imagine !!! I payed for internet that’s for a month but there’s already 1 week with no internet for me. They said there’s nothing they can do when I a tell them I already waited for over a week. I’m so angry & sad , coz I use this internet for work.
