Zoom is a big fat joke

I hardly ever get to use the service that I use for and I get excuses about the area being a developing area like that's my problem. Since Friday the 16th of August I only have internet 2hours a day, yet I work from home 8am to 5pm. No service provider has brought me such a heavy heart like this one. I am forever frustrated that I pay for a service that never works. I waited for a technician all day. Since May I don't know how many time I had to contact them about issues with internet. Where can I report this company? This is daylight *******.
