Zoom fibre sucks

Hi I have a serious problem with zoom fibre we installed a fibre line with them however it's giving us problems one way we complain but we are not attended to, instead they tell us that they have logged a complaint to the technical department which they have not come back to us. I am very disappointed by how they mange things unprofessional yet they sent me a message to pay.
