Zoom fibre red light flickering
1. Wondering why they don't have 24hrs call centre and closing early on weekends. 2. I had a red light flickering, called in and it was fixed on the 16 Aug same day thank you. 3. Red light flickering again on the 17 August round about 3:30 or so tried to call it in they were closed, this morning around 7am called in with the same problem mind you I work from home and the frustration is killing me, I was given a ticket number that I'll be called but no assurity when exactly will the technicians attend to my problem period window is 24hrs. 2nd message to check when will my problem be attended to "This ticket was logged 3 hours ago. Please give the support team time to work on the issue." This is the message I received from the consultant. Around 10am a neighbour calls me to check the wifi cable being damaged and loose, took a video and sent it through then I was told to wait for 2 to 4 days "It takes the support team 2-4 days to resolve a query as per their SLA, usually sooner. The purpose of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of what is expected and to provide a basis for measuring and improving service delivery. The SLA serves as a framework for maintaining transparency, setting expectations, and resolving potential disputes. All clients are given the same SLA time frame for fairness and to ensure cases are attended to accordingly."
Why do I have to wait for so long? Why does the service to be attended to moves from 24hrs to 2 to 4 days? Who's fooling who here?
