Zoom fibre poor service

Really super bad experience a lot of excuses every time and apparently they have to replace a cable and the guy said he is just going to fetch cable at the office three days later I’m still waiting for him to come and replace the cable and every time you phone to enquire then you are told the technician is on his way to you as we speak so guys please rethink using there service
