Zoom fibre not delivering their services as promised

One thing about zoom they will convince you to use their wifi after paying they are no longer willing to deliver their services all they are good at is to give you unnecessary excuses and give you a false date claiming to come on that specific day. It has been a month now and nothing has been done yet. I would never recommend someone to use it because they are not reliable all they are good at is to register people for their wifi and asking them to pay and end up failing to deliver.
